The Marco Polo TLP is installed in 1,311m (4,300 ft.) water depth in the Gulf of Mexico. The Marco Polo TLP is twice the size of the Prince TLP and has a displacement of approximately 27,400 short tons and a topside payload of 14,300 short tons. The deck is the largest single-lift deck installed offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. The Marco Polo TLP serves as the production hub platform at Green Canyon 608 in the Gulf of Mexico initially for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation's (NYSE: APC) Marco Polo field discovery. The TLP is designed to process 120,000 barrels of oil per day and 400 million cubic feet of natural gas per day. The facilities were brought online in July 2004.
